Cacao


Considered one of the finest flavored cacao beans in the world, the Nacional variety is native to Ecuador. Arriba Nacional is well known in the chocolate making industry for its fragrant aroma and its rich, smooth flavor.  Floral, fruity, nutty, and earthy are words that describe the complex flavor of our beans.

Peppercorns


On the vine, peppercorns grow in long, green clusters, and during the drying process the outer skin darkens and shrivels.  Pepper is grown in several tropical climates around the world, but pepper grown in Ecuador is unique in its flavor.  Our peppercorns have a bold, hot flavor with citrus undertones.
